WINE MAKING

Hand-harvest by mid-September, gentle and very slow whole-cluster pressing to prevent the extraction of green tannins. The juice is allowed to cold settle and then fermented at 18°C. The young wine remains in tank on its lees, with periodical stirring until bottling.

Straw yellow.


BOUQUET

Delicate and elegant nuance. Its rich bouquet features the characteristic touch of bitter almond blended with fruity hints.


TASTE

Its good tastiness and its typical bitter aftertaste meke this wine particularly versatile.

Serve cool (12°C)


FOOD MATCHING

It's the traditional Friulan wine, an excellent aperitif and with any course. It matches perfectly with hors-d'oeuvres, soups, fish and white meat.
