WINE MAKING

White wine blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon, separately fermented and blended before bottling.

Hand-harvesting of grapes picked at the peak of their aromatic ripeness and whole-cluster pressing. After a short settling, the Chardonnay is racked and fermented into small oak barrels, the Sauvignon in large oak casks (10hl.). Only the Chardonnay undergoes malolactic fermentation. After several months the two wines are blended and then bottled.

Delicate vanilla custard scent and candy fruits on the nose


TASTE

Complex and velvety in the mouth. Long aftertaste


SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve cool (around 12 - 14°C)
